Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifying Purchases
Purchase Finalization
Immediate Processing: Once a purchase is placed, we immediately process the items within our network of warehouses.
No Edits or Cancellations: You cannot edit or cancel your purchase after it has been made. Please ensure your order is correct at the time of purchase.
Purchase Modifications Not Allowed
We are unable to:
- Add coupons or discounts post-purchase.
- Change clothing sizes or item specifications.
- Add or remove items from the order.
- Make any other purchase or product modifications.
Accidental Purchases
- Items cannot be changed or cancelled even in cases of accidental purchase or incorrect selection (size, variant, etc.).
Incorrect Items

- If you receive an item that matches your original receipt, we cannot offer refunds or replacements, regardless of the item being incorrect.
Returns
We are currently not accepting any returns. Items cannot be returned to us under any circumstances.
Cancellations Due to Customer Disruption
Non-refundable Deposit
- All items require a non-refundable deposit to print or reserve them for you.
- Purchased items cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or modified.
Delays and Disruptions
- No discounts, refunds, or cancellations are provided for delays.
- Customers causing disruptions (via email, social media, etc.) will have their purchase cancelled with a 40% non-refundable production/restock fee per item.
